My take: Replit is amazing, but it’s definitely not all powerful. Be mindful of its limitations.

• ChatGPT wrapper = $170k/mo – Calling it a wrapper is an oversimplification but worth trying to figure out what this guy is doing.

• It’s time to lock in - 90% of people will watch AI replace their jobs. 9% will learn to use AI to keep their jobs. 1% will use AI to create new jobs.

• Use Upwork to validate ideas – Brilliant. Love techniques like this. This could save so much time and effort during the validation process.

• AI agents in 2025 - How to actually make money – Spoiler alert: it’s not building fully autonomous agents that run entire businesses. Think not-flashy multi-specialized-agents with human oversight.

• Become a landlord in 2025 – Decent starter guide if you’re interested in real estate as a passive income vehicle. I really like the advice about working as a property manager first to see all that goes into renting out a property. Just know that being a landlord is not passive at first.
